Scope and method

Retained evidence collected through 10 October 2026. Later developments may be absent. Company claims, complaint allegations, court findings and secondary reporting have different evidential weight.

This edition uses retained document parts from a supplied research archive. Original orders and filings are distinguished from company statements and secondary accounts. Responses and procedural outcomes are retained beside adverse assertions. Relationships describe the stated role at the stated time; a connection is not evidence of control or wrongdoing. No new technical audit, paid registry purchase or outreach to the parties was performed for this edition. Only approved official publishers receive public source links; other sources retain category and stable citation identifiers.
