A 15% foundation stake at the 2023 filing appeared in the April 2026 account as 9% held by the foundation and 6% by its wholly owned ZMH. The two legal shareholders remain separate.

1Two immediate holders

analysisThe November 2023 filing account lists Haselsteiner Familien-Privatstiftung at 15% of Holding. The April 2026 ownership reproduction instead lists the foundation at 9% and ZMH at 6%. Holding’s official registry entered both in December 2025, and ZMH’s own official page identifies the foundation as its sole shareholder, entered in December 2020. The arithmetic preserves 15% at these two levels, but does not prove whether other voting arrangements changed. 1 2 3 4

Christian Harder and Kerstin Gelbmann are recorded as directors from 2010 and 2023 respectively. Its own registration, management and shareholding must remain separate from those of its foundation shareholder and the individual Hans Peter Haselsteiner. 1
