analysisCompany announcements describe Endoso as chief revenue officer and director in 2021, then announce his appointment as CEO February 23, 2024 and identify him as continuing CEO in April. The later restructuring narrative describes Sarris’s resignation only on January 2, 2025, creating a different executive chronology. These dated descriptions remain competing records rather than one assumed continuous office. 1 2 3

analysisHis retained broker report separates Capital registration in January–February 2024 from November–December 2024, alongside earlier Rainmaker and other firm registrations. Registration is distinct from corporate office and does not turn those intervals into a continuous year. The customer complaint alleges Rainmaker affiliation and sales commissions during at least 2020–2022; that role allegation is separate from the later criminal plea. 4 5

analysisThe report also discloses an outstanding California tax lien. Endoso said the amount was under discussion with his accountant and the tax authority. 2The guilty plea and separate claims

analysisProsecutors say Endoso pleaded guilty before Judge Denise Cote August 27, 2026 to securities fraud, broker-dealer fraud and two conspiracies, and was cooperating with the government. No retained source establishes his sentence. His plea does not decide another participant’s liability. 1

analysisThe retained New York criminal docket is 1:26-cr-00390, with sealed August orders concerning an information and waiver of indictment. The full information was not retained; later docket unsealing and secondary summaries do not move the plea date.
