1Family vehicle and shareholder positions

analysisRetained reporting identifies Ameria as a Liechtenstein company at Austraße 15, Triesen, associated with Riccardo Arduini and Julia Dora Koranyi Arduini. Its reported 2020 figures—approximately CHF760m assets and CHF630m debts—are its own historical Swiss-franc accounts, not Holding financials. Later official records show Ameria entered as shareholder of Supraholding GmbH in December 2023 and sole shareholder of SUPRA Assets in September 2024; a secondary register account gives its KG limited-partner entry in January 2024. 1 2 3 4

2Capital subscriptions over time

analysisA retained investigation citing notarial documents reports approximately EUR83m entering Holding capital in July 2018, EUR147m in August 2019 and EUR127m in August 2020 through an Austrian intermediary for Ameria. It separately reports Ameria taking over Falcon’s Holding stake in 2016. Neither the intermediary account nor the stake transfer establishes that Ameria itself owned every nominee company, and Falcon’s separate money-laundering history cannot be attributed to Ameria through banking or investment adjacency. 1

3Loans and the refusal of new money

analysisArduini’s reported testimony identifies EUR250m lent to Holding in 2022 and EUR50m to Prime Assets. He said his family would not put in new money in May 2023 until both loans were repaid, and existing claims were then proposed for conversion into equity. He described three extensions of Holding’s EUR250m loan, finally until 31 May 2024, and Benko’s explanation that funds were needed mainly for Prime’s Elbtower project. That stated purpose is testimony, not a traced use-of-proceeds finding; the two borrowers must remain separate. 1

attributedIn reported testimony to Soko Signa, Riccardo Arduini said his family owned Ameria Invest AG and had invested in Signa since 2012. 1
