1Equity and indirect participation
analysisThe retained notarial-account investigation reports contributions into Holding capital of approximately EUR83m, EUR147m and EUR127m in July 2018, August 2019 and August 2020. Other accounts describe indirect participation through the Supra structure and a fiduciary holder. The legal relationship changed when Ameria was entered as Supraholding GmbH shareholder in December 2023 and KG limited partner in January 2024. Those dates should not erase the earlier reported economic interest, or be treated as proof that Ameria owned the nominee itself. 1 2 3

2Loan repayment negotiations
analysisArduini’s reported testimony states Holding received an Ameria loan of EUR250m in 2022. By May 2023 the family would not supply fresh funds before repayment of it and the separate EUR50m Prime Assets loan. The Holding loan was extended three times, finally until 31 May 2024. Arduini says Benko described an Elbtower funding need and near-term repayment; these are representations reported by the lender’s family, not evidence tracing the proceeds or establishing repayment. 1
